Ordering
How can I order?
You can order your seeds online in our webshop. To find the desired product you can use our categories and filters. After ordering you will receive an order confirmation email so you know that we have received your order.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel if we haven’t shipped yet. Orders that have been send can’t be canceled anymore. However, you can return your products after you have received it.
Can I return my order?
If you aren’t happy with your product you can always send it back. We will refund your payment directly once we have received the returned seeds.

Do you charge shipping costs?
We charge a flat rate of $ 5.74 for the shipping.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
This depends on the country where you live. On average it takes about 2 – 7 business days for an order to arrive.
When will my order be send?
We ship your order at the same day we have received the payment (excluding weekends).

How can I pay?
We offer several payment options: Credit Card, PayPal, Bank transfer and Cash on delivery.
What is the quickest way to pay?
The quickest way to pay is via Credit Card or PayPal. A bank wire transfer takes up to 48 hours.
Seeds
Where do the seeds come from?
All seeds come from the Netherlands and are grown by local farmers and nurseries. In this way we contribute to the local economy, the environment is protected and we assure you of fresh seeds.
How can I store the seeds?
All our seeds can be stored. This is useful when, for example, you cannot start sowing immediately. The seeds must always be stored in a dry and dark place. Preferably in a place between 12 – 15 degrees.
Please note: the refrigerator is unsuitable
Why aren’t the seeds germinating?
Seeds such as the seeds for wild plants always need time to germinate. Although most seeds will germinate within a month, other seeds will only germinate after 6 to 12 months. Patience is therefore very important. Especially when the seeds are sown at an unfavorable moment.
How many seeds are in the
The seeds are packed per 25 to 500. On the product pages you can see how many seeds the package contains.
Please note: it is not possible to split large packages into smaller quantities.
